The Visit Rochester Visitor Center at The Iceplex is the hub for all out of town guests to learn about all that Rochester has to offer!  Located in the main lobby of the Iceplex, this visitor center has information on where to dine, shop, and entertain while in town for any of numerous events that the Iceplex hosts each year.  During the majoirty of large events that take place at the Iceplex, a representative from Visit Rochester is present throughout the event, as a means of answering any questions on our city's amazing amenities, and to suggest places to dine as a team, or attractions that our guests will love.
