Any vendors interested in participating in the ROC Dine-N-Dash event series are encouraged to submit an application.  Please note, at this time we are focused on quick turnaround times, as a means of serving as many customers as possible.  We recommend all vendors serve a reduced menu that is limited to ten options, all of which can be served in as short a period of time as possible.  This event will initially be focused on the utilization of Food Trucks, but we hope to accommodate local restaurant service in the very near future.
