Host AN Event at the Iceplex

The Iceplex makes planning and hosting meetings easy. Whether you are organizing a conference, sales presentation, corporate retreat, an Expo or a major concert, we can accommodate them all. Our close proximity to the NYS Thruway and Interstate 390 makes for a highly convenient location for events of all types.

We have multiple rooms available for events of all sizes, from a small corporate meeting, to a large gathering of over 4,000 people. Audiovisual equipment is available to suit your needs and the full service restaurant on site can handle any of your dining needs.

Our facility is home to four NHL sized ice surfaces (200' x 85') with two ice surfaces taken down from mid March to mid June, allowing for use of the polished concrete floors use for expos, trade shows and other large events. We have a full turf floor also, which can be used year round, on or off the ice.

ONSITE MEETING ROOMS

We have multiply meeting spaces within the Iceplex, capable of accommodating events of varying types, and sizes. Our Blackwood meeting rooms recently underwent a major improvement project, making them some of the nicest event spaces available in the Greater Rochester area. These two luxury meeting spaces are equipped with high end amenities, wireless fiber optic internet, flat screen televisions, private kitchenettes, and multiple meeting setup formats. A collapsible wall separates these two rooms, allowing them to be opened up into one large space, capable of hosting an event for over 150 attendees.
