The Iceplex is a top birthday party destination for children and adults in the Rochester area. As our open skate process has changed with reduced capacities and advance ticketing, those looking to host a birthday party will need to purchase public skating tickets for their group and the 3 hour party room rental all through our easy access ticketing system. The Iceplex is host to two party rooms located right at ice level, so party goers can be easily entertained all without having to take off their skates. Both party rooms can accommodate 25-30 guests per room where tables and chairs are provided. All food, beverages, decorations, paper products and plastic wear, etc., must be supplied by yourself for the party.
Please note, when buying a 3 Hour Party Room Rental Ticket -- You will have access to your party room 30 minutes before the public skating session starts, the entire time during the public skate, and for 1 hour after it is over. Birthday Party Rooms Rental Tickets are a NON-REFUNDABLE TICKET.

STEPS TO BOOK A PARTY
- Click on the "PURCHASE TICKETS AND BOOK YOUR PARTY ROOM" button below.
- Click the “PURCHASE TICKETS NOW” tab at the bottom of the page.
- Click “BUY TICKETS"
- Scroll down the page to find all dates/times available.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the ticket options and look for the ticket that says “3-Hour Party Room Rental”. IF THE PARTY ROOM TICKET IS NOT THERE, IT IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR THAT SESSION.
- After adding the 3-hour Party Room Rental ticket to your cart, also add Public Skating Admission Tickets for all of the Skaters that will be attending your party.
- Complete the Purchase.
- After this, you will receive a confirmation email and you are all set! We will be aware of your party and ready to direct you and your party goers when you arrive.
